Commercial Real Estate’s Look Into the Future

Dr. Michio Kaku has always been passionate about science and enjoyed speculating about what could theoretically be possible – even if others might consider it fantastic.

For a high school science fair, he boldly aimed high, constructing an atom smasher in his garage capable of generating a magnetic field 20,000 times greater than the Earth’s. His work caught the attention of nuclear physicist Edward Teller and eventually earned Dr. Kaku a full scholarship to Harvard University.

Now an internationally renowned theoretical physicist, professor, author and futurist, Dr. Kaku is perhaps best known for using the latest science research to predict trends affecting business, medicine, finance and our way of life. NAIOP is pleased to feature Dr. Kaku as the keynote address at CRE.Converge 2017, October 10-12, in Chicago.

You might recognize him from his frequent appearances in the news discussing cutting-edge science from artificial intelligence to space travel, or even from his 2016 Super Bowl ad for TurboTax.

Watch below for a 90-second video preview of his keynote address at commercial real estate’s premier conference. You won’t want to miss this exploration of the trends and technologies impacting our world today – and those yet to come.
