Danielle Feroleto
Danielle Feroleto is the owner/founder of Small Giants, a full-service marketing firm, established in 2006, specifically to serve the commercial real estate industry.
Danielle leads a team of 15 to assist developers, brokers and the AEC industry in achieving their goals and provide strategic marketing vision as a true partner. Danielle has been recognized as a nominee for Marketer of the Year through the Phoenix Business Journal, is a 40 Under 40 alumni, one of Arizona's 20 Most Influential Women in Commercial Real Estate (2014) and awarded one of Phoenix Business Journal’s 2016 Most Outstanding Women in Business.
She serves on committees for such industry associations as NAIOP, AZCREW, Valley Partnership, Arizona Builders Alliance, etc. She is a member of the Executive Committee for the Industry Advisory Board at ASU’s DEWSC. She presents and teaches at a regional/national level for the American Institute of Architects, ICSC, Associated General Contractors and Women in Construction Association.
Danielle is associate faculty at ASU, Del E. Webb School of Construction, teaching Marketing for Construction undergraduate/graduate level courses, serving as a guest lecturer for MRED School at ASU. She has been a mentor through SMPS and led a mentorship program in that capacity for many years.
