Nate Maniktala, LEED AP, MBA
Nate is a Managing Principal of BranchPattern, where he leverages over two decades of experience in building science. His expertise lies in guiding sustainable high-performance projects and advocating for green building practices. Nate collaborates with organizations to establish sustainability goals and develop programs that align with their ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) objectives. He has served as an advisory consultant to the United States General Services Administration’s Office of High-performance Green Buildings and Department of Energy’s Net-Zero Commercial Building Initiative.
Nate has been a leader in advancing sustainability for the Industrial sector over the last 16 years. He led the first LEED Platinum Certified, WELL Certified, and Carbon Neutral industrial projects in the world. He supported the development of the Fitwel Standard for Commercial & Industrial Sites, developed the first Industrial LEED Volume Program and was recognized with the IWBI WELL Community Award for his dedication to advancing health and well-being in industrial buildings and communities worldwide.
